Plyndi is run by one person alongside university, so replies usually take one to three days.

- Spotted outdated info in a guide? Include the page and what changed — corrections get prioritized.
- Suggesting a destination? Tell me why it's worth covering, not just the name — it helps with research.
- Partnership inquiries: include your company, what you're proposing, and relevant links.
- App bug? Include your device, iOS version and the app version from Settings — it saves a round trip.
