Support
Help with the Plyndi app, questions about a guide, or a problem with this site — this page tells you where to send it and roughly when you’ll hear back.
How to reach support
Email support@plyndi.com, or use the contact form. Both reach the same person.
Plyndi is run by one person alongside university study, so replies usually take one to three days, occasionally longer during exam periods. You will get a reply — nothing goes to an unattended inbox.
What to include
For an app problem, these four things turn a two-week back-and-forth into one reply:
- Your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- The Plyndi version number, shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings screen.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is something you can see.
For a guide, tell me the page and what’s wrong with it. Corrections get handled before feature requests — outdated prices and closed venues are the thing most likely to actually cost a reader money.
Your data
To ask what data Plyndi holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email support@plyndi.com with the request. Account deletion removes your data; it cannot be undone. What gets collected and why is set out in the privacy policy.
Refunds and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions made inside the app are processed by Apple, not by Plyndi, so refunds are handled through Apple rather than here — use reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device to cancel. If Apple declines a refund and you think that’s wrong, email support and I’ll look at it.
Security or privacy issues
If you’ve found a security problem, email support@plyndi.com with “Security” in the subject line and please don’t post it publicly before it’s fixed. Reports get looked at the day they arrive.
Known limitations
- The Plyndi app is iOS-only for now; Android is planned but not started.
- The trip skeleton generator on this website is a fixed template, not the app’s AI planner. It has no account and saves nothing.
- Guides cover 15 cities. If yours isn’t among them, suggest it — suggestions genuinely decide what gets written next.
